Ran for 37:01 this morning up on the Ogden trails. Stayed low and only ran into a few icy splotches. It was nice to get up on the trails again. I was feeling pretty sluggish starting out on the run, but once I hit the trails, there is just something about them that brings an added energy to my body. Overall, ran easy and slow. I didn't get out the door until 8:30, so I took a Clif Shot before the run to give me some fuel. Ready to eat by the time I got home. Hamstrings felt fine during run. Didn't really notice them until after the run. stretched a little while kids crawled all over me...very effective ;-) |
