Ran for 55 minutes with Alyssa at 6:30 am. The first half of the climb was a gradual uphill and the air was cold, but warmed up into the run and felt fine. Hamstrings feeling good during, but tight after. Had a massage in the evening...low back and neck really tight and lots of tightness in my stabilizer muscles in my hips. Felt good to get rubbed out, but left my legs feeling fatigued the rest of the evening. |
